Susquehanna Valley Women in Transition offers counseling, shelter and other emergency services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault in Northumberland, Snyder and Union counties in Pennsylvania.

Contributions

Gifts and donations to Susquehanna Valley Women in Transition are tax deductible. Businesses are encouraged to participate in our annual Service Auction, as donors or bidders. Consider SVWIT as the beneficiary of your group’s next fundraiser.

 

Volunteer

Share your time and talent with SVWIT. After completing training, our volunteers staff the hotline, co-facilitate groups, provide options counseling and help with Community Outreach. There are also opportunities to help with office work and shelter management.

 

Spread the word

Plan a program for a group, club or class to inform them about sexual assault, domestic violence and/or child abuse, and we will provide a speaker. If you know someone who needs our services, encourage them to call us.
