Community Day is our annual fundraising event designed to provide schools, nonprofit and 501c3 organizations with a fun and easy way to raise money. Since 1999, the event has raised over $84 Million!
You can support Transitions by purchasing coupon books from our office (570-523-1134) at $5 each. The coupon books contain coupons valued at $200 plus exclusive offers. Use these coupons on November 11 and November 12. For every coupon book you purchase, Transitions receives the full $5 donation. It really is a win-win - Thank you!
